Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design Microsoft Dynamics solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics modules to meet specific business needs ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics applications resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to empower end-users and stakeholders in effectively utilizing Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and industry trends advising on best practices and potential improvements to enhance business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Proficient understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
