- Manage The Interface for Metro and railway projects.
- Follow the Interface Register .
- Follow and maintain the interface Register and define the priority of the interfaces to deal with
- Issue the Detailed Interface Document for each point / Subject of the Contractual Interface Specification
- Create new interfaces following the project needs
- Lead the interfaces meetings.
- Follow up with the Project Groups Alstom needs in term of information / Documents / Inputs
- Work closely with the coordination / IE / Engineering teams to follow the progress of the outputs needed for other groups
- Initiate / follow / push for the actions needed from Alstom local teams related to project needs (Engineering / IE / Coordination)
- Work with the contract manager to clarify grey interfaces
- Initiate the needed correspondences (emails/ letters) for any needed clarifications or statement to reserve company rights
- Issue RFIs for non-covered or needed interfaces
- Work with the site manager and CSD team to anticipate/ensure site conditions that may lead to conflict with signaling operation requirement
- AutoCAD and Revit software is mandatory.
