Fitness Instructor cum Receptionist
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor cum Receptionist to join our team at Azure Beach Club. This role position requires a passionate fitness professional with excellent customer service skills to deliver high-quality fitness training while supporting the reception.
- Conduct personalized and group fitness sessions including yoga Pilates HIIT and other fitness programs.
- Design and implement fitness plans tailored to members goals and abilities.
- Ensure a safe and motivating environment for all participants.
- Greet members and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage reception including inquiries and bookings.
- Handle phone calls emails and reservations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
- Build strong relationships with members and provide exceptional service.
- Address member concerns and ensure a positive experience at the club.
- Promote club services events and membership packages.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma.
- Certified fitness instructor with relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in fitness training and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly approachable and passionate about health and wellness.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and booking systems.
