Were now looking for a Junior Sales Associate (maternity leave - temporary position for 8 months) to join our Restaurants team in this role youll play a key part in expanding Wolts restaurant network by engaging with restaurant owners interested in joining our platform and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

What youll be doing

Day-to-day in this role youll:

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads restaurants interested in joining the Wolt platform.
• Proactively reach out to potential restaurant partners through outbound calls and emails.
• Conduct partnership discussions and assist in negotiating terms to ensure the right fit for Wolts restaurant portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant Partnership Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new partners.
• Maintain and update sales records and CRM data to ensure accurate reporting.
• In addition you will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced products and features to Wolts existing restaurant partners such as Wolt Ads and Wolt to help them grow their businesses while strengthening long-term relationships.
• Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects as needed.

Our humble expectations

• Previous experience in sales business development or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with restaurant owners.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) a strong advantage.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive can-do attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine interest in helping partners succeed.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English required.
