Operations Assistant

Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).

Job Type: Full-Time On-Site.

Salary: 7000 to 9000 SAR / month

Important Note: Only applicants who are currently residing in Riyadh with valid and transferable residence (Iqama) will be considered.

Are you a detail-driven operations professional with a passion for optimizing performance across retail or entertainment branches We are a growing Entertainment Agency and looking for an Operations Executive to join us full-time & on-site in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. If you thrive in structured multi-location environments and are excited to create measurable impact across quality cost and team performance this is your opportunity.

What You ll Do:

Monitor day-to-day branch operations SOP checklists and quality reports.
Identify and resolve anomalies across sales service and quality data.
Lead process improvement loops (create deploy measure refine).
Cut unnecessary costs (OPEX) and improve performance across branches.
Coordinate with branch managers VM teams and quality departments.
Conduct staff appraisals and enforce operational excellence standards.
Track all tasks using Agile principles and tools like ASANA.

What You Must Have:

3 5 years in operations (retail hospitality entertainment or similar).

Strong experience in reporting task tracking and operational audits.

Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or related.
High attention to detail follow-up discipline and process thinking.
Familiarity with Agile methodology is a big plus.

What You ll Work On:

Increasing operational efficiency and service quality.
Preventing single points of failure in processes.
Enhancing team performance culture and alignment.
Supporting rollouts of new locations or service concepts.
