Lead and manage a team of Nintex K2 developers providing guidance mentoring and performance management.
Oversee the design development and deployment of K2 solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design workflows and ensure successful implementation of K2 solutions.
Ensure the team adheres to best practices and standards in K2 development and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the K2 platform.
Extending the platform if needed by creating custom broker custom endpoint assembly wherever needed
Conduct regular team meetings provide status updates and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications :

8 years of experience working with Nintex K2.
Extensive experience working with the Nintex K2 platform including design development and deployment.
Experience in extending the platform
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with workflow automation business process management and digital transformation initiatives..
Relevant certifications in Nintex K2 are highly desirable
Experience Requirements:
Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
Knowledge of other process automation tools and technologies.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information :

Expertise in plant care pest management and landscaping equipment.
Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with team members clients and supervisors.
