Tasks
- Own and grow client relationships ensuring satisfaction retention and long-term success.
- Translate business needs into actionable ChatAgent automation workflows.
- Collaborate with Product AI and Support to deliver effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for optimization expansion and smarter automation.
- Maintain clean documentation and structured communication with clients and the team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication presentation and client-facing skills.
- 2 years of experience in customer success account management or SaaS.
- Comfort using AI tools CRM platforms or automation systems.
- Strong English fluency; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Strong ownership reliability and remote-work discipline.
