Tasks

1. Create clear engaging marketing content for social media website pages reels and product updates.
2. Produce visual media such as graphics short videos and simple animations aligned with ChatAgents brand.
3. Collaborate with the Product and Growth teams to translate features into compelling visuals and explanations.
4. Manage the content pipelinebrainstorm draft refine and publish assets across multiple channels.
5. Research market trends competitors and user behavior to shape strategic content ideas.
6. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all assets.
7. Prepare media for campaigns releases and landing pages with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong experience in content creation marketing or social media for SaaS or digital products.
• Good visual and design sense with the ability to create clean modern graphics.
• Experience using design and media tools (Adobe Suite Canva Figma or similar).
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear attractive user-friendly content.
• High ownership self-management and ability to deliver consistently in a remote environment.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
