Overview:
Sulaiman AlRajhi University is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Engineer who combines strong architectural and engineering capabilities with a refined sense of interior design. This role involves designing and reviewing building layouts enhancing office spaces and ensuring optimal furniture distribution across university departments and administrative offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs floor plans and technical drawings for new and existing university facilities.
- Conduct site assessments prepare design proposals and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Lead interior layout planning including furniture distribution office space optimization and functional workspace design.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and translate them into practical architectural and interior solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and project teams throughout design and execution phases.
- Review material specifications finishes and décor elements to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Support renovation projects and provide recommendations for enhancing the universitys built environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Proven experience in architectural design interior design and space planning.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and related design tools.
- Knowledge of building codes construction standards and project coordination.
- Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to design functional and visually appealing office environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
