About the Role

This is a unique high-level opportunity to work closely with a private client and their family providing elite personal training services while supporting travel logistics across multiple international destinations.

The role is designed for an experienced disciplined and highly adaptable Personal Trainer who can deliver exceptional fitness coaching in a variety of environments from a private home gym to office gyms hotel gyms outdoor spaces and travel settings.

You will work with a motivated individual with a demanding schedule and active lifestyle as well as occasionally engage with children and teenagers (ages 718) in fun age-appropriate fitness activities.

This position requires absolute discretion professionalism and a positive solution-oriented attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

**Fitness Coaching & Wellness

- Design and deliver personalised training programs focused on strength conditioning flexibility core work and overall wellness.

- Perform stretching and mobility sessions to support recovery and well-being.

- Provide ongoing fitness assessments and adjust programs based on progress and travel demands.

- Maintain a motivating supportive training environment that encourages consistency and results.

- Provide nutritional guidance on portion control healthy habits and lifestyle improvements.

- Engage children (718) in fun interactive workout sessions / fitness activities when needed.

- Maintain confidential records of training progress nutrition notes and preferences.

**Travel Support

- Accompany the client during international trips to ensure fitness routines remain consistent.

- Assist in travel-related tasks including booking accommodations managing logistics and handling checkins/check-outs during domestic and international trips.

- Adapt sessions quickly to hotel gyms parks limited equipment time constraints or jet lag.

- Travel will include various international locations such as the US London Dubai and other destinations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Professional Attributes

- High-level professionalism punctuality and reliability.

- Fluent in English and/or Arabic.

- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate clients at all fitness levels.

- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 5 years of experience.

- Expertise in strength training conditioning stretching and general wellness.

- CPR and First Aid certified.

Personal Characteristics

- Discreet and trustworthy able to uphold strict confidentiality.

- Positive energetic and resilient especially during demanding travel schedules.

- Adaptable and flexible comfortable training in any environment and adjusting plans last-minute.

- Solution-driven and proactive anticipates obstacles and finds creative ways to overcome them.

- Self-sufficient able to manage responsibilities without constant direction.

- Enjoys working with young individuals and can make fitness fun and engaging.

Work Schedule

- Approximately 56 hours per day when in Saudi Arabia.

- Fewer hours required during international travel.

- Typically 56 training days per week.

- Occasional fitness sessions with clients children may be included.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary: up to 25 000 AED (dependent on experience & qualifications).

Candidate Requirements

- 5 years of professional fitness training experience.

- Certification in personal training strength/conditioning or related specialisations.

- Strong background in stretching mobility and general health & wellness.

- Experience working with private clients or HNW families preferred (not required).

- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and travel frequently.

- Candidates who have passports that dont need visas and can easily obtain visas when required
