Requirements

Proven experience as a travel agent or related role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of travel destinations cultures and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
Proficiency in using booking software and online travel resources.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Arabic is an asset.
Having an IATA certificate.
Flexibility to work various hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
