ملخص الوظيفة
* Develop HR strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives including manpower planning talent management and succession planning.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing selection and onboarding new employees.
* Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages including payroll salary structures and employee motivation systems.
* Address employee concerns manage grievances and conflicts and foster a positive inclusive and productive work environment.
* Oversee performance appraisal systems provide guidance to managers on coaching and develop professional development plans.
* Ensure all HR practices policies and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
* Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Maintain accurate employee records manage personnel files and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree or relevant experience
* 10 years experience in Human Resources
* Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
* Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
* Strong organizational critical thinking and communications skills
* Attention to detail and good judgement
