- Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the long-term product strategy and vision ensuring alignment with Bevatels overall business goals.
- Product Roadmap: Own prioritize and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for our SaaS solutions (Cloud Call Center Business Chat CRM integrations etc.).
- Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct deep market research competitive analysis and customer discovery to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.
- Execution Leadership: Work closely with Engineering UX/UI Design and Marketing teams to manage the Agile development process ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases.
- Performance Metrics: Define track and measure key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as MRR/ARR Adoption Rate Churn and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams executive leadership sales and customer success.
Requirements
- Experience: 7 years of progressive experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a Product Lead or Senior Product role.
- SaaS Industry Expertise (Mandatory): Proven hands-on experience in managing and scaling B2B SaaS products specifically within the Contact Center (CCaaS) Unified Communications (UCaaS) or CRM domain.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud architecture APIs and modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and motivate cross-functional product and development teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze complex data (Product Analytics Funnel Metrics) to drive data-informed decisions and product prioritization.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. (Product Management certification is a plus)
