About Us:
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to U.S. homeowners qualifying leads and setting appointments. You must have previous experience in cold calling preferably in debt settlement or similar call center campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based leads.
Follow sales scripts and call structures.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Update CRM records with accurate call details.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs.
Collaborate with your team and supervisor for performance feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Based in Egypt.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous remote cold calling or appointment setting experience is required.
Preferred background in debt settlement sales or BPO campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like VICIdial CallTools RingCentral HubSpot or similar.
High-speed internet and a quiet remote work environment.
Reliable PC or laptop and quality headset.
Benefits
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
6:00 PM 12:00 AM Egypt Time (9:00 AM 3:00 PM PST)
Weekends off
Overtime available
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: USD/hour (based on experience)
Unlimited commissions based on performance
Paid training: 3 days
Qualifications: Based in Egypt. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Previous remote cold calling or appointment setting experience is required. Preferred background in debt settlement, sales, or BPO campaigns. Familiarity with tools like VICIdial, CallTools, RingCentral, HubSpot, or similar.
