A fast-growing casual dining group is seeking a talented Asian Chef to join its expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The company operates a modern delivery and takeaway concept specializing in creative noodle and Asian-inspired cuisine with plans for further growth across the Kingdom.
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative chef with a passion for authentic Asian flavors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare a diverse range of dishes lead a kitchen team and contribute to menu development while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Prepare and execute a wide variety of Asian dishes with authenticity quality and presentation.
Develop and innovate new menu items to appeal to a broad customer base.
Lead and mentor kitchen staff ensuring strong teamwork and proper training.
Oversee kitchen operations including inventory ordering and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with management to set and achieve kitchen performance goals.
Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Asian Chef.
Expertise in multiple Asian cuisines (Thai Chinese Japanese Korean Malaysian etc.).
Experience in high-volume restaurants or central kitchens preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
Benefits:
Salary range is from 5000-6000 SAR per month
