Sealy Mattress Middle East a key player in the premium bedding industry with a legacy of over 30 years is seeking a skilled Contract Sales Manager to enhance our growth in the commercial sector. Based in Jeddah our manufacturing facility produces high-quality mattresses and bedding solutions under the renowned Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster brands. Our commitment to excellence is evident in our products and we are dedicated to providing exceptional value to our clients across the MENA region. The Contract Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients such as hotels resorts and other large accounts. This role requires a results-oriented sales professional who can navigate complex sales processes understand client needs and articulate the value of Sealys offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key commercial clients and stakeholders in the hospitality and contract sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sealys premium offerings and advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure terms align with company profitability standards.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process to maintain long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract sales or B2B sales preferably in the bedding or furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- 30 to 40 years old.
- Male.
