Retrofit Specialist-Full Time-Al KhobarSaudi Arabia

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Creating the strategic plan for delivering sales growth in allocated sales territory.
Driving local Regional Sales team to work in-line with the strategic plan and to identify opportunities and drive through to order award.
Responsible for RFC for nominated sales territory and ensuring that RFC is met monthly.
Responsible for driving initiatives within nominated sales territory to promote the identification of retrofit and re-rate opportunities such as Technical Forums etc.
Acting as main contact for all sales related activities for nominated customers.
Support the Retrofit Sales Director with development of the Mid-Range Plan.
Ensure that effective client contact relationship building and management processes are in place to positively influence the client and create a pre-disposition to view Sulzer as the preferred source of supply.
Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends competitors and leading customer strategies especially in relation to the retrofit and re-rate business.
To succeed in this role you will need:
Bachelor Degree of Mechanical engineering.
10-15years experience.
strong technical background/ expertise particularly on retrofit of pumps and other Rotating Equipment.
Experience of implementing sales strategy.
Strong Knowledge of retrofit re-rate sales.
Financial/budget management.

Work Location: The position is based in Al Khobar KSA with the ideal candidate responsible for KSA Bahrain Qatar and Egypt. The primary focus will be on KSA comprising 60-70% of the role.
