To effectively and efficiently clean all areas of the Swimming pool / Beach facilities constantly help guests by arranging sunbeds sun umbrellas towels etc. ensuring all operating and emergency procedures are followed at all times
Greets the guests and helps them to install themselves
Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
Proper grooming at all times
To attend training classes as per schedule
Shows fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
Ensure safe daily operations within the Recreation areas by ensuring compliance with all health safety and fire prevention policies and procedures
Maintain a friendly neat and pleasant image to the guests and members. Must always be in the correct clean uniform with a name badge
To be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the working area at all times
Following the daily cleaning schedule of the pool water and related facilities ensuring the correct set up of the swimming pool and related area ensuring good water clarity through the appropriate cleaning reporting defects immediately to a supervisor
Ensure he/she is fully conversant with the Recreation facilities and activities / assists the Line Manager in the coordination of all activities
Attends any training and development sessions and performs all other job duties as assigned to him/her by the Recreation Supervisor / Line Manager
To report to work on time in the correct uniform and to be courteous to members guests and colleagues at all times / and work overtime when and if needed
To assist the Line Manager to increase profit when and where needed while looking at ways and means for cost reduction without affecting quality
As duties change it will be reflected in the job description after discussions are held with the post holder in the yearly performance evaluations

External: All guests suppliers/partners.
Materials: All machinery and equipment at Front Office
