We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Flutter Web Developer to join our this role you will focus on building performant scalable and responsive web applications using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers backend engineers and product managers to bring seamless digital experiences to life across browsers and devices.

Tasks

Build and maintain modern responsive web applications using Flutter and Dart.
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code with pixel-perfect precision.
Optimize web apps for performance accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement responsive layouts for desktop tablet and mobile views.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Participate in code reviews testing and continuous deployment practices.
Stay up-to-date with Flutter Web development trends and contribute to internal best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience working with Flutter including at least 1 year building production-grade web applications.
Solid understanding of the Flutter rendering engine for the web.
Experience with responsive design and adapting Flutter layouts to web constraints.
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript fundamentals (even though Flutter handles most of it).
Familiarity with state management tools (e.g. Provider Riverpod Bloc).
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
