Inspire Leadership as Our High School Assistant Principal

As our High School Assistant Principal you will help lead a vibrant learning community guiding both staff and students toward excellence and preparing young people for success beyond graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in overseeing daily school operations with clarity consistency and vision
- Foster a safe inclusive and academically rigorous environment that empowers students to thrive
- Collaborate with teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high standards across all subjects
- Build strong relationships with students families and staff to cultivate trust and shared purpose
- Contribute to strategic planning professional development and school improvement initiatives that align with our mission
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field
- Proven experience in high school teaching and/or leadership roles
- Passion for empowering students and supporting teachers in their professional growth
