Job Purpose:
Provide high-quality legal advice and support on legal risks compliance and corporate governance to enable the organization and its joint ventures to operate lawfully effectively and ethically.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across operations.

Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and corporate policies to align with legal and business objectives.

Manage litigation processes coordinate with external legal advisors and oversee dispute resolution.

Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies aligned with organizational goals.
-
Lead and develop the legal team to achieve performance objectives and ensure talent readiness.
-
Oversee departmental budgeting cost control and financial performance monitoring.
-
Implement policies procedures and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
-
Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Prepare accurate and timely legal reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in Law or related field (MBA preferred).
-
Experience: 12 years in legal roles with at least 5 years in senior management.
-
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with power energy and water sectors is advantageous.
Skills:
-
Strong leadership negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
-
Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
-
Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with multicultural teams.

Solid understanding of GCC business culture and environment.
