Project Surveyor I

AECOM are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bahrain.

Role and & Responsibilities

• Prepare measurements for building works for input into Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates;
• Prepare Bill of Quantities;
• Assist with implementing maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures during the pre and post contract phases of construction projects;
• Assist with evaluating variations and updating cost reports;
• Assist with preparation of payment recommendations to Contractors;
• Assist with preparing pricing and negotiating change orders with contractors;
• Market tests rates and analysis of tender returns for input into in-house database.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years post-undergraduate experienceBachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited internationally recognized institution or University. 
• Working towards MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred
