Previous professional experience in photography and videography preferably within hospitality lifestyle food & beverage or commercial environments.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage depending on project scope.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous photography/videography work particularly in hospitality or brand storytelling.

A Freelance Photographer/Videographer plays a key role in supporting the Marketing Team in delivering high-quality visual content aligned with the annual marketing plan brand guidelines and current promotional initiatives. This creative role contributes significantly to enhancing the hotels commercial performance by producing engaging visual assets that strengthen brand presence across all marketing channels. The position involves managing individual creative projects coordinating with the marketing team and delivering professional photo and video output as required by the business.
What will I be doing
As a Freelance Photographer/Videographer you will support the Marketing Team by capturing high-quality visual content that enhances brand awareness communicates key campaigns and showcases the propertys offerings. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and PR team on a project basis. Specifically you will perform the following responsibilities:
Business Function
Capture edit and deliver high-quality photographs and videos for all marketing and PR strategies ensuring alignment with brand standards and project requirements.
Support the Marketing Team by producing visual assets for promotional activities marketing collateral in-house merchandising and digital platforms.
Document and promote hotel activities covering food & beverage rooms events special promotions and property experiences.
Assist in maintaining an organized digital media library including video files edited materials and raw archives.
Participate in internal communications when needed by providing visual content for newsletters announcements speeches and senior management interviews.
Support special events sponsorship activities exhibitions and property inspections by capturing professional content.
Ensure all visual content meets brand tone guidelines and quality expectations.
Assist in organising and capturing familiarisation trips media visits and other PR-related activities.
Lead and manage on-site photo and video shoots ensuring requirements approvals and production elements are efficiently handled.
Work with the Marketing Team to support social media content creation and engagement efforts.
Suggest creative concepts and visual opportunities to support brand storytelling.
Managing Execution
Ensure timely delivery of content for all channels including websites OTA platforms social media mobile marketing and partner programs.
Provide monthly or project-based content reports when required including highlights asset delivery and recommendations.
Support the marketing team by capturing content based on current market trends guest behavior and competitive activity.
Ensure that all visual materials across third-party websites and hotel-owned platforms remain updated accurate and visually compelling.
Maintain and update the media archives including photos videos and creative assets ensuring easy retrieval for marketing and PR needs.
Provide support for marketing and PR projects with potential budget implications related to content creation.
Assist in content requirements related to crisis communication where necessary.
Achieve agreed-upon content delivery deadlines and quality standards set by the Line Manager.
Developing Talent
