Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Consultant to implement and manage Governance Risk and Compliance modules within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring GRC applications understanding compliance frameworks and integrating risk management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Risk Management Audit Management Vendor Risk etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain workflows reports dashboards and notifications within ServiceNow GRC.
Ensure alignment of GRC processes with organizational governance and compliance objectives.
Integrate GRC with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM IRM and Security Operations.
Provide support troubleshooting and enhancement for existing GRC configurations.
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation including GRC/IRM modules.
Strong understanding of governance risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 NIST GDPR etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist GRC preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English
