ملخص الوظيفة

Develop and implement a regional direct sales plan to achieve revenue volume and profitability
targets.
Identify and acquire new industrial customers while maintaining and expanding relationships
with existing key accounts in the region.
Lead negotiations pricing discussions and long-term supply agreements with industrial clients.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Customer Service Technical Support and Finance teams to
ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market dynamics customer trends and competitor activities within the region to
identify new opportunities and support strategic decisions.
Provide accurate sales forecasts performance analysis and regular business updates to
management.
Support marketing and product teams in launching new products and developing tailored
solutions for industrial clients.
Lead mentor and develop a small sales team fostering a high-performance customer-focused
culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies credit terms and ethical sales practices.


Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
810 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales preferably in lubricants petroleum or
chemical sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving regional sales growth.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
High level of initiative ownership and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and CRM systems
