Conduct pricing analysis and margin tracking to support commercial strategy and maintain competitiveness.
Calculate and maintain customer incentive and discount programs coordinating with Sales and Finance for validation.
Monitor sales targets vs. achievements and assist in preparing sales forecasts and annual sales budgets.
Support Sales and Marketing teams with customer product and channel profitability analysis.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare presentations and dashboards for management business reviews and performance meetings.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration Commerce Economics or related field.
35 years of experience in sales analysis commercial support or business reporting (preferably in FMCG lubricants or industrial sectors).
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Understanding of pricing structures discounts and sales performance metrics.
Good communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
