We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a Floor Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations maintaining high-quality standards and leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily floor operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise train and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness safety and quality standards are met
- Manage staff schedules assign tasks and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall customer experience
- Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations staff performance and any incidents
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role preferably in hospitality retail or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of industry-related safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the facility
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a multinational or diverse work environment
- Relevant industry certifications or training
