Purpose
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Supervisor who will be responsible to ensure that
Aggrekos Egypt operations comply with company and local health safety and environmental regulations and who provides the Egypt Management with a platform to manage QHSE effectively.
What youll do
- Conduct regular QHSE audits at the Depots and Project sites and ensure actions from QHSE audits are closed in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide Projects Team with HSE support during commissioning of new projects and demobilization of off-hired projects.
- Collate HSE statistics for monthly reporting for Egypt .
- Maintains all AIP QHSE documentation e.g. Standard Work instructions service manual HSE standards and calibration records.
- Ensure adherence to Aggrekos HSE Standards in Egypt sites and depots and compliance to local legislative requirements on HSE.
- Identify and evaluate local training organizations which are able to carry out effective EH&S training for the site employees and where necessary site contractors.
- Provide QHSE induction to new starters and existing employees.
- Coordinate evaluate and record fire drills. - Ensure all location equipment provided for purposes of EH&S and emergencies is regularly checked adequately maintained and is fit for purpose. Coordinate testing of lifting equipment and ensure all test certificates are held on site and are valid.
- Assist the Location Manager in carrying out risk assessment of various activities carried out at the location
- Conduct and ensure timely comprehensive accident/incident investigations are carried out.
- Communicate Aggreko EH&S instructions to employees and arrange EH&S training programs. Identifying and implementing improvements on an ongoing basis in conjunction with other HSE functions.

Job Requirements
- Egyptian national (mandatory).
- Degree in a technical field or management.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a QHSE role with an international organisation. And proficiency in QHSE management systems and digital reporting tools.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or other equivalent internationally accredited HSE qualification.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Willing to travel extensively within Egypt and if required regionally.
- Communication Recognising that clear culturally sensitive communication is key to understanding and compliance.

- Adaptability Working effectively in diverse environments and responding to changing priorities.
