Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Accounting Trainee through the Tamheer Program to join our finance team. The trainee will support daily accounting operations assist in preparing financial reports and gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping documentation and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
- Support in preparing invoices receipts and payment vouchers.
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection.
- Perform basic data entry and document management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program (as per HRDF requirements).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
