Coordinate well intervention warehouse activities and prioritize based on drilling sequence and operational needs.
Conduct QA/QC acceptance inspections for all new equipment received.
Maintain accurate SAP workflows for all equipment movements.
Monitor sub-assembly requirements and ensure adequate stock levels.
Issue relevant work orders (CWOs SOs) when necessary.
Witness and verify sub-assembly make-up and testing at vendor facilities.
Review assembly sheets for accuracy including dimensions and thread specifications.
Confirm all equipment is functional and compliant including SCSSSVs HCMs ball valves etc.
Visit contractor facilities for pre-loadout inspections when required.
Prepare and inspect equipment for loadout to offshore locations.
Track all major well intervention equipment and maintain updated location status.
Inspect returned equipment and arrange repair or replacement.
Identify missing items and follow up with offshore teams for returns.
Maintain and update the Well Intervention Action List with accurate job priorities and handovers.
Ensure all service equipment is maintained serviced calibrated and certified.
Establish and maintain a certification/testing program for company pressure-control equipment including:
MPI
Thread inspection
Pressure testing
Extensive knowledge of completion and well intervention equipment especially slickline tools and equipment.
Experience with equipment requests mobilization processes and materials systems (such as SAP).
Strong QA/QC background.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Technology.
Minimum 10 years of oilfield experience.
At least 3 years of offshore exposure.
Fluent in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Strong technical understanding of completion and intervention workflows.
Good coordination communication and equipment-handling skills.
