Tasks and Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding:
Design graphics layouts and visual content for digital platforms presentations brochures email campaigns and social media.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials.
Create marketing assets to support leasing campaigns and tenant communications.
Website Maintenance:
Assist with content updates on the property management website including listings blog posts and general maintenance.
Collaborate with web developers or technical support as needed.
Ensure visuals and content are optimized for performance and mobile responsiveness.
Social Media Support:
Create and schedule social media content that aligns with property promotions and community engagement goals.
Assist in monitoring social media platforms and responding to comments or messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team on social campaigns and performance reporting.
CRM & Database Management:
Support team members in updating CRM systems with accurate tenant client and lead information.
Help generate visual reports and assist in CRM-driven email campaigns.
Cross-Functional Team Support:
Provide design and communication support to property managers leasing agents and other departments.
Participate in team meetings to align creative outputs with business goals.
Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation when needed
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Marketing Visual Communication or a related field is required.
Required Skills
Strong visual design and branding skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website content management systems (preferred).
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn).
Understanding of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Zoho or similar).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive team-oriented approach.
Flexibility to assist with various marketing and administrative tasks as needed Proven experience in graphic design preferably with exposure to real estate or property management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) or other design tools.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) CRM systems and social media management tools.
