Objective:

Responsible for ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Defining quality control processes methodologies and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Defining and documenting test objectives plans and cases appropriate for each software project.
Improving the test automation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Defining and documenting test objectives test plans and test cases appropriate for each software project.
Coordinating with development teams to ensure that test environments and test data are set up correctly.
Lead the execution of test cases and analyze test results to ensure software quality and identify defects.
Mentoring coaching and evaluating team members to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements

Bachelor of Computer Science or any relevant field.
Min. 7-10 years of experience in testing including min. 2 years as Quality Control Tech Lead.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies techniques and tools.
proficiency in programming languages commonly used in software development (e.g. Java Python C#).
solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles.
Strong knowledge of continuous integration/ deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
