ملخص الوظيفة
Record daily financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements supplier accounts customer balances and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and process invoices receipts payments.
Maintain organized filing for all accounting and administrative documents.
Monitor stock movement register incoming/outgoing items and conduct regular inventory checks.
Prepare stock reports reconcile physical stock with system records and follow up on discrepancies.
Assist in stock audits during monthly and annual counts and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams.
Communicate with suppliers and partners when required and support the Finance & Administration Manager in daily tasks.
Prepare summaries reports and follow-up sheets.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
02 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Strong Excel and data entry skills.
Ability to read and write clearly and professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and responsibility.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Tanail Beqaa.
Additional Information :
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Monday till Friday.
