Required Experience
- 3-4 years of business development experience with demonstrated hunter mentality and new business generation success
- Corporate learning workforce development and/or professional training sector exposure
- Higher education partnerships university relations and/or academic program development experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales with corporate and/or government clients
- Saudi market experience with established professional networks preferred
- Client relationship management and account development experience

- Saudi National: This is a baseline requirement

- CRM Proficiency: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent)

- Business Development Skills: Market research competitive analysis and territory development
- Presentation and Communication: Client-facing presentation skills and proposal development

Employment Details
Working Location: Saudi Arabia (Head Office)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Travel Requirements: Regular domestic travel for client meetings and market development activities
Tools & Support Provided:
- Company laptop with comprehensive business development and CRM software suite
- Work mobile phone with a calling plan for client relationship management
- Company email and system access for business development activities
- Access to professional learning platforms and content development tools
- Business development budget for client entertainment and relationship-building activities
- Advanced CRM training and certification support
Employment Terms:
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Notice Period: 60 days
- Annual Leave: 21 days public holidays
- Medical Insurance: TBC
- Annual Performance Bonus: TBC - % of annual salary based on revenue achievement and KPI performance
- Housing Allowance: TBC monthly payment (in line with standard company payment benchmarks)
