ملخص الوظيفة

Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications and BOQ to identify material requirements.
- Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for consultant/client approval.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to collect technical data sheets certificates and samples.
- Maintain and update the Material Submittal Log (MSL) and Material Tracker.
- Follow up on submitted materials and coordinate responses to consultant comments.
- Ensure all submittals are in the required format and meet project standards (LEED fire rating etc.).
- Support procurement by confirming approved materials.
- Coordinate with site and factory teams to ensure materials align with approvals.

Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

Experience: 3-4 years experience in material submittal preparation in construction or joinery.

Skills:

Good time management skills
Able to handle multiple demanding tasks at one time
Good attention to detail
Committed to delivering best practice Health & Safety
Good understanding of project specifications and submittal processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PDF editing tools.
