QuickfirmX is hiring French-speaking Customer Service Agents for Teleperformance Egypt based at their New Cairo site. You will handle inbound customer calls and provide professional support in French with occasional use of basic English depending on the account requirements.
Job Role
Answer inbound customer calls in French
Provide assistance related to services accounts or product issues
Communicate clearly and professionally primarily in French
Use English only when required for internal communication or basic tools
Responsibilities
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately log call details and update systems
Follow internal company guidelines and training
Cooperate with support teams and supervisors
Requirements
French level: Minimum B2
English level: A2 to B1 (basic working knowledge)
Must be able to work onsite in New Cairo
Graduates of any age are welcome to apply
Dropouts must be 27 years old or above
No previous experience required paid training is provided
