As a Finance Assistant you will be the backbone of our financial operations for key international projects. This isnt just about processing numbers; its about ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of a truly global company. Youll be the crucial link between vendors internal teams and our core finance function making a tangible impact every day.
Tasks
What Youll Do:
In this role youll go beyond basic tasks to become a trusted member of our international finance team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the Procure-to-Pay Cycle: Take charge of processing and verifying vendor invoices from receipt to payment ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Building Strong Partnerships: Maintain flawless vendor records and serve as a key point of contact for vendor inquiries building strong professional relationships.
- Safeguarding Financial Integrity: Perform critical bank reconciliations and assist in month-end/year-end closing activities to ensure our financial data is impeccable.
- Enabling Data-Driven Decisions: Support the preparation of clear and insightful financial reports that help leadership understand project performance.
- Championing Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to streamline financial procedures and enhance efficiency across our international operations.
Requirements
What Youll Bring (The Essentials):
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Tech-Savviness: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables VLOOKUPs) and experience with accounting software like Insert Software Name - e.g. QuickBooks.
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English (C1) and French (B2). Arabic language skills are a great advantage.
- A proven ability to work remotely from Tunisia with a dedicated workspace and a stable internet connection.
- An eagle eye for detail superb organizational skills and the ability to expertly manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
