Job Description-

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Reviewing all technical purchase requests raised by the yachts before final approval.
• Coordinating procurement of spare parts supplies and services.
• Liaising with on-board teams to track requests orders and deliveries.
• Advising on the latest developments in tools and applications to enhance efficiency and savings (including consumables such as fuel).
• Providing detailed six-monthly procurement reports to Client on all purchased items.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in procurement within the maritime or shipping industry
• Experience with SAP procurement systems is essential/Advantage.
• Familiarity with open-book procurement practices quotation comparison and supplier agreements.
• Ability to work within the procurement matrix and approval framework defined by Client.
