Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle HR administration including onboarding/offboarding payroll inputs GOSI registration and Saudization tracking via HRIS platforms.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law through accurate MHRSD reporting visa processing and end-of-service calculations to maintain Nitaqat Platinum status.
Oversee daily office operations including vendor coordination for cleaning/security/maintenance inventory management and supply procurement.
Handle administrative logistics such as courier services travel bookings mail distribution and reception duties with a member-focused approach.
Support community event setup and execution for 50 weekly activities while maintaining facility uptime.
Maintain secure employee records and conduct proactive audits to avoid penalties and support scalable growth.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
2 years experience in HR/admin
Fluent in Arabic & English (written/spoken).
Proficient in MS Office HR platforms.
