ملخص الوظيفة

Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
in Europe and other regions globally.
Identify approach and build relationships with new customers distributors and business partners.
Manage existing accounts and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle the full export sales cycle from lead generation and pricing to negotiations and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities market trends and pricing structures to maintain competitiveness.
Collaborate with production logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts reports and performance analyses for management review.
Attend international trade fairs and customer visits to strengthen business relations and market presence.
Ensure compliance with all export documentation trade regulations and Incoterms.
Contribute to the companys marketing and promotional efforts in international markets



Requirements

4 years of experience in export or international sales (preferably in FIBC packaging or textile industries).
Proven track record of managing and growing international accounts.
Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
In-depth understanding of international trade operations documentation and payment methods (LC CAD etc.).
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Bachelors degree in Business International Trade or a related field.
