ملخص الوظيفة

The Secretary is responsible for providing high-level administrative clerical and organizational support. This role ensures smooth daily operations manages official communications and maintains an organized office environment.
  • Office Administration: Manage general office tasks including filing managing incoming/outgoing mail and overseeing office supplies.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex daily calendars schedule appointments and organize internal and external meetings.

  • Communication: Handle professional phone calls emails and correspondence acting as the first point of contact for the office.

  • Document Preparation: Draft format and edit official documents reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential records and ensure sensitive information is handled securely and discreetly.




Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Secretary Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) for professional document creation.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent skills in time management prioritization and maintaining structured records.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Professionalism: High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
