What You Will Be Doing:
Oversee day-to-day spa operations ensuring a smooth luxurious and guest-focused experience
Supervise and motivate spa team members ensuring high performance and excellent service standards
Manage treatment bookings scheduling and guest flow with efficiency and attention to detail
Maintain a high level of cleanliness presentation and adherence to hygiene protocols in all spa areas
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Monitor inventory product usage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
Support the Spa Manager in training reporting and team development
Promote spa services and packages to maximize revenue and guest engagement
Qualifications :
Your Experience and Skills Include:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Knowledge of various spa treatments and wellness trends
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance calm demeanor and guest-centric attitude
Proficiency in spa software systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
