Job Description:

The L2 Support role involves handling advanced technical support issues that require a deeper understanding of systems and software. You will work closely with the L1 support team providing guidance troubleshooting complex problems and escalating issues to L3 support if necessary.

Responsibilities:

monitor applications from Dynatrace and raise alerts.

Dynatrace dashboard to effectively monitor the applications.

parsing and analysis

support - show Analytical approach to problem solving responding to incidents and returning services to an operational state

with 3rd party providers to resolve complex issues

and Provide root cause analysis.

improvements ideas and influence other teams

Vanguard environment.

work around like (ASG SFTP credential communication between Accord and Vanguard Market users)

Skillset:

Dynatrace

Dynamo DB Knowledge

Postgress DB Knowledge

Working experience in application management

AWS knowledge

Understanding of Kubernetes and its operation

Understanding service operations ITIL processes

Problem solving skills and Proactiveness
