Modernization Sales Engineer
Mobility is the goal
- Visit and seek potential modernization clients visit architects construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
- Perform the offer negotiation order and MOD sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations in alignment with the KG MOD targets and Schindler internal procedures.
- For clients in the current portfolio Sales MOD will communicate assist coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
- Support and coordinate with the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.
- Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the MDC when required.
