ملخص الوظيفة
-Responsible for the daily accounting treatment.
-Responsible for the tax planning and calculation.
-Responsible for the issuance of the invoice.
-Responsible for the preparation of the tax declaration.
-Responsible for the tax audit required by tax authority.
-Responsible for the payment from the bank.
-Responsible for the statutory audit of the branch.
-Responsible for the reconciliation with the supplier/subcontractor/client.
-Responsible for the issuance of the withholding tax receipt.
-Responsible for the preparation of the bank reconciliation.
-Responsible for the depreciation of the fix assets.
-Responsible for the communication with related party like bank/tax department/Accounting firm/supplier/Client.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience preferably in a construction company or a related industry.
Hands-on experience with tax planning tax declarations and audits.
Proven experience in supplier/client reconciliation and fixed asset depreciation.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks or equivalent).
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to handle communication with external parties including banks tax authorities accounting firms suppliers and clients.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Skilled in bank reconciliations invoice issuance and withholding tax procedures.
