Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a leading media company. The ideal candidate will handle budgeting financial reporting cash flow management and support management in strategic decision-making to ensure strong financial control and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting cash flow and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
Monitor revenues expenses and profitability across business units.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors banks and external stakeholders.
Provide management with financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
Supervise the finance team and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ideally in a media or creative industry.
Strong understanding of budgeting financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting systems.
Arab National with fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
