ملخص الوظيفة
We are currently looking Developer - Ivanti for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ITSM platform (preferably Ivanti).
- Strong knowledge of APIs REST SOAP web services and integration patterns.
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript Python PowerShell or similar).
- Familiarity with middleware and integration tools (ServiceNow IntegrationHub MuleSoft Boomi Azure Logic Apps etc.).
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices and ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change Asset CMDB).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structures.
- Good troubleshooting debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
