   Support in drafting architectural plans elevations and layouts
       Assist in creating 3D models and visual presentations for stakeholders
       Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility
       Participate in material selection and sustainable design choices
       Review zoning codes and regulations related to property design

Qualifications :

   Currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture or Design program
       Familiar with basic drafting and design software
       Willingness to learn and contribute to project design and documentation
       Good organizational skills and a creative mindset
       Enthusiasm for real estate and community development
