Qualifications :
Degree in Service Design Interaction Design UX or related fields
Strong skills in user research journey mapping and design thinking
Experience with Figma Miro or similar tools
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Curious collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity
