We are looking to hire a General Manager for our company Saudiaat. This role is pivotal in leading our recruitment efforts and strategically leveraging existing relationships with universities government entities and corporations to attract and hire top talent.
Job Purpose
The main purpose of the General Manager role is to enhance the visibility and reputation of Saudiaat to attract top-quality candidates. By fostering strategic partnerships and driving talent acquisition strategies the General Manager will play a key role in growing and developing our team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading recruitment efforts to attract top-quality talent
- Strengthening established relationships with universities government entities and corporations
- Elevating organization visibility and reputation in the recruitment landscape
- Fostering strategic partnerships with potential talent sources
- Driving talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs
